Intake & Assessment

Every family that joins our services will go through an evaluation intake procedure with our Director.  A developmental history and a discussion of the programs that would best meet your child's needs are included in this.  A PCA evaluation with one of our senior therapists will be scheduled three to five days following the initial intake.  This will establish how much programming is required in order to reach your child's full potential.

It is widely recognized and utilized in educational and therapeutic settings to support the development and progress of individuals.

PEAK Curriculum

At IBI Impact we use the PEAK Curriculum as it is designed to facilitate holistic approach, focusing on academic, social, and emotional development. The curriculum is adaptable to diverse learning styles, abilities, and educational settings. The programs cater to language acquisition needs such as; Foundational learning abilities (such as asking for what one wants, imitating others, and following directions), Perceptual learning abilities (such as matching and recognizing items), Verbal comprehension abilities (e.g., responding to inquiries), Verbal thinking (e.g., how a student would react in a given circumstance), memory (which includes the prerequisites for recalling previous events), and math abilities (e.g., manipulating quantities, numbers, and money).
